We accept payment via Stripe only, which supports all major debit and credit cards. We do not currently accept cheques, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
When You Are Charged
Full payment is taken at the time you place your order, before dispatch.
Currency and VAT
All prices on grandcuisin.shop are shown and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP). GrandCuisin is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or shown on your order.
Card Security
Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment page and are never stored on GrandCuisin’s servers or seen by our staff.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and no goods will be dispatched. Please check your card details or contact your bank, then try again, or contact us at support@grandcuisin.shop for help.
