Where We Ship
GrandCuisin ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Handling and Transit Times
Orders are processed with a handling time of 1-2 business days before dispatch. Once dispatched, transit time to UK addresses is typically 3-5 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 4-7 business days.
Shipping Cost
We charge a flat UK shipping rate of £28 per order, regardless of order size or appliance type. This is shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a further email once your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and billing email or postcode.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your delivery has not arrived within 14 days of the expected delivery date, or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at support@grandcuisin.shop within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
