When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, and order history. We do not collect or store your card details — payments are processed directly by Stripe.
Why We Collect It, and Our Legal Basis
We use this information to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our legal basis is performance of a contract with you (processing your order) and compliance with a legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Third Parties We Share Data With
We share the minimum necessary data with: Stripe, to process your payment securely; our courier partners, to deliver your order; and our hosting provider, to store and run our website. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain order and transaction records for approximately 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Other personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@grandcuisin.shop.
